Huey Pictures

Just thought I would share some pictures of Erik flying the Huey,UH-1H if we're going to be technical, here at Rucker. I was able to drive to the air field and watch him take off from a distance.

The flight line. If you'll notice the two hueys on the far left, one is green that is the UH-1H, and the gray one is the TH-1H. The UH is what the guys start out with and the TH is what they move to later in the program.

Erik just finished his first Check Ride for his Contact block of helicopter training. He did wonderful and is now gearing up for his Cross Country trip. They are leaving tomorrow and will return on Wednesday, they are flying down to Cocoa Beach, Florida, as long as the weather plays along. Other than that, Erik is still loving helicopters, enjoying the squadron, as well as the other four guys in his class.
