Living in Lower Alabama has opened our eyes to a whole new breed...The Alabama Rednecks. :)
There have been several times that we are driving down the road and are amazed by the people we see.
1) We saw a family of six riding from the grocery store on a four wheeler. Kid on the front, dad driving, then a kid between him and the mom, and don't forget the two other kids bringing up the rear!!
2) A few days out of the week when we drive out to Daleville, we see this man walking down the road. This particular man walks down the road shirtless with his cackey (I hate spelling that word! Yes, I know it is spelled wrong; but, this is how it should be spelled.) pants and carrying a plastic grocery sack. Don't forget the beer belly!
3) Today we were driving to Lowe's and there on the side of the road at a construction sight they were excavating the property and right in the middle they left this huge mound of red dirt (the dirt here is red!) and on top of this mound sat a folding chair. A single folding chair.
I wish I could attach pictures because that is the only way to properly describe this!!
Only in Alabama...:) You should come see for yourself!!
