May 10th was my birthday, the big 2-4! It was nice that Erik didn't have to fly that day (Army no fly day and since Army personnel wasn't there, AF couldn't fly). At this age, it's just another day but either way it was special to spend it with my boys.
May 21st is Drop!! Erik and I will find out what type of helicopter he will fly and where we will move to. The opportunities are endless and they are all good assignments. We are just so anxious to find out where we will be headed. I just want to know!!
May 28th is Erik's Pilot Training Graduation Day and Promotion. He will be receiving his Pilot Wings and becoming a First Lieutenant.
These are the big days but many other events are happening, Moose will turn four months and he is starting to loose his teeth which means he is chewing on everything. Erik had his last check ride of Pilot Training last night!! He now has three flights left and then he will be done.
As you can probably tell, our minds are on May 21st and until then that is all I can think about...so until then, some pictures will have to do!
